Went into this store with the hopes of getting myself a new skin routine but let’s just say I will never buy a single product from this shop after my experience. I was greeted by the most unpleasant/ unprofessional staff member- on my arrival this lady who I believe is the store manager (kayja) approached me with a coffee in hand and stinking of cigarettes ,it was unbearable especially as a non smoker. I had no choice but to decline the offer of help as the smell made me uncomfortable. She then kept approaching me very forcefully to buy something and I repeatedly said numerous of times I was ok for help. I then felt she became very rude which made me feel very uncomfortable. She continued to answer personal phone calls while speaking really loud and unprofessional, I got the impression this lady maybe should have been on lunch. While leaving the store ( feeling very shocked by this behaviour & first visit to this company) she - what felt like she shouted rudely “SEE YEE”. This lady needs huge amount of customer / professional training.
This is the most unprofessional worker/store I seen upon my visit to Kildare outlets.

I was up in Kildare Village & popped into your shop , the lovely girl there was so helpful & knowledgeable about every product in there she really impressed me, I ended up buying the “Combination Skin Routine “ & my son bought a few gifts for his girlfriend, i started using the set when I got home & I am very impressed, my skin had gone dull & it’s after brightening it up massively, so I’m over the moon
They girl in the shop was fantastic & deserves a lot of credit

First I have encountered the brand when I was living in Ireland. I think the products are really good. I have a sensitive skin and never had a problem with this brand. My skin looks nice and natural. No break outs or redness.
I wanted to continue with them after I moved to Hungary and I saw they deliver their products worldwide. So I ordered from them and for my surprise their products were here in 3 days time.

I have been using Pestle & Mortar products for a good while now and absolutely love them! From their first amazing launch, they have continued to win among the best Pure Hyaluronic Serum product in Ireland and the skincare industry.

I’ve struggled with mild eczema, and in winter, my skin becomes extremely dry. I’ve tried nearly every cream—prescription, over-the-counter, and even other so-called big brands, but nothing worked for me until my sister gifted me the Essentials Body Cream and Body Wash. My skin feels so good after using them, and I absolutely love that they’re fragrance free, as I tend to react to anything with fragrance. I was so happy when Pestle & Mortar added a Face wash and Face cream to their Essentials Range.

I’d also like to thank Pestle & Mortar for their amazing makeup remover, Erase! there’s nothing like it! I use waterproof mascara all the time (it always rains in Ireland!) and instead of rubbing my eyes with micellar water, the Erase just melts everything off my face. One of their lovely staff members at the Village recommended leaving the Erase on for an extra couple of minutes to make my skin more hydrated. At first, I hesitated because it’s oil-based, and I was worried it might clog my pores, but it doesn’t it feels amazing! Afterward, my skin is so smooth.

I started with a travel-size gift set that included Hydrate, Pure hyaluronic, Eye cream, and the Renew cleanser, and now I use everything! Thank you, Pestle & Mortar, for creating skincare that genuinely cares for people like me with sensitive skin.
