Do not waste your time with this company unless you find your dream house. They are painfully lazy, unprofessional and clueless.

We had multiple viewings on multiple properties for purchase over the course of 8 months. Every time the agent had absolutely no idea about any information on the properties - "I dont know that, let me find out and ill come back to you". No one ever came back to us, ever. When we would chase, we would be met with huffs and puffs and "what is it you want to know exactly?"- demonstrating they have no desire to do the work or follow up. They once sent a very young lad in his dads suite who looked like he was only concentrating on not throwing up lasts nights pints, and quite literally just shook or nodded his head at our questions.

If you dont care about any info on the properties because you have lots of money for investing, these people are perfect. If you care even an ounce about the property you are buying with your hard earned life savings, stay far far away.

I offer my sincere gratitude to Philip Alexander for the time, work, and effort that Alex and the team invested in the sale of my house.

From the first phone call through to the completion of the sale, Alex, Adam, Rob, Bradley and the entire team at Philip Alexander were absolutely professional, thoroughly diligent, and, most importantly, respectful and courteous to me.

They possess an incredible knowledge of the market they operate in. Their approach to my house sale was consistently open, transparent, and rational.

Once I had established what the problem was at our tenanted property Tierney Reynolds did a great job managing communication between us and the tenants as we arranged for a company to sort out the matter involved. She also sorted out the tenant arranging a parking permit for our contractor. She was quick and efficient and helped make the transaction painless and satisfactory for all concerned.

I’ve had mixed experiences with Philip Alexander Estate Agents over the years. While some moments were frustrating, others were made much better thanks to the efforts of certain staff members. Special shoutout to Lauren and Elliott for their professionalism, patience, and quick responses—they really stood out during my dealings with them. Overall, the service has its ups and downs, but it’s decent enough if you’re in north London. Solid 3 stars from me.
