Phone Power Avis 2 864

This is my second phone with PhonePower - I have had the first one for a few years. All good!

A small hitch at setting up service, but it is now proving to be realiable and very affordable. Satisfied to date. Should have left ATT ages ago.

Before I purchase this system, I was using an over-the-air device. That device failed every day and I ended purchasing three boxes with the same results. As I reviewed the benefits of your system. I have found this to be the best buy for my dollar. The cloned second line came in handy. I was talking on one phone and my wife came in and asked me to use the phone. I told her to use the other phone and she walked over and picked the receiver and place the other call that she needed. After the call, she told me that was a really nice benefit to have for us to use. There have been no failed calls or technical issues.

I had Vonage for years, however, they keep raising their rates, so I switched to Phone Power with more reasonable pricing since I already paid to use the Internet. What is nice is you can see a list of all calls and block the phone numbers that you do not want calls from again.

I have been with PhonePower for around 10 years and back in November, I cancelled for 3 months to get a better price on my ISP services, and then in February I got the discount rate on internet. For a couple days, I did research on other VOIP's just to see what's out there but happily came straight back to PhonePower. I like the service, it's clear and rather reliable, they have some great features and customer service has always been able to fix any issues that may arise, which are few.

And on a sidenote, during the 3 months I was without them, I went to a cellphone data plan; they went the extra mile to make sure my cancellation and reinstatement went very smoothly, including the porting in and out from them.

I just wish everyone would give me as a referral so I could also benefit! lol :-)

Update 12/3/23: Still with them!

Low rating because I’m getting impatient with dropped calls. Sometimes, it even drops a call 3 or 4 times in the first 10 minutes.

I signed up with Phone Power in February of this year. The phone number ported from our former carrier before the analogue phone converter arrived, but that was more due to slow mail & the weather than Phone Power not shipping it in a timely manner. It was easy to set up the converter--basically just plug it in, connect it to the modem, & connect the phone to it! The only contact I have had with Phone Power since was to request a cancellation of the automated voicemail system, since we have an answering machine on our phone landline. They complied with no problem. I had to reset the converter once, just by unplugging it, waiting for 10 seconds, & plugging it in. I'm not sure why we lost phone service, but resetting the converter fixed it right away, & I didn't have to contact tech support. Overall, it's been really seamless service. I never even think about it. No problems so far!

I phone power has always been great with me.

Great service. Love having a home phone for conversations without dropping calls or having to stand in one spot as with a cell phone.

Everything is excellent with the exception of receiving continuous computer generated solicitation calls since we switched to Phone Power.
I question whether these multiple daily phone calls originated from Phone Power swelling our number.

Works well. Thats why I return after I left for a while. Recommend yes I do ! Other voip works well too, but these guys are honest. I appreciate that so I return.

I have used Phone Power for years. I find the service to be excellent and the pricing acceptable. Not the lowest cost service, but reasonable with good features

It has only been a short while yet but so far so good. I am pleased. Not terribly pleased about paying all upfront but it is what it is.

So glad a friend told me about PhonePower! The savings on phone service at home as well as the quantity and quality of extras provided is a lifesaver [especially after that horrible year 2020].

Very easy to transfer my # to phone power.

This is a horrible company. They never activated my phone service and trying to get in customer service is a touch and go process. I would not recommend this company to anyone

I've had Phone Power for a month now and it has been glitch free. My old system incorporated Google voice which became very unreliable and unstable.

Setting up the equipment and connecting was extremely easy. We appreciate the many features and dashboard that make the equipment and software simple to configure and use.

Wasn’t able to transfer my phone over - one email was sent over a three-four week attempt. I called weekly with updates waited on hold for up to 25 mins - possibly still waiting in a refund and cancellation notice it’s been 3 weeks now
