It's great, really enjoy using this company. I have a syndrome which means the London water really doesn't agree with me and Phox has really helped that without me having to use plastic refils. Thanks Phox!

Brilliant I enjoy using this product as I’m saving on plastic waste so helping the environment- it’s cost effective too as the separate cartridges are now expensive and so wasteful

Really pleased with the water after filtering. I’m a gym goer and Personal Trainer, so being hydrated by drinking plenty of water is important for me. The Alkaline pack has been perfect for this reason, and of course because of filtering of the potentially harmful things in the water.
