Phpjabbers Avis 

They emailed us unprompted about an important security patch for a script we purchased a while back. We went back-and-forth over a handful of emails discussing specifics of installing, they tried to push their installation for a fee and then monthly hosting for a recurring fee. After going back and forth several rounds on specifics, we reiterated we didn’t want to pay additional fees for installation / hosting and requested the patched script they led with but kept dodging. Then they stated the security patches are only complementary if you bought it in the last year, and they would give it to us for $100. The whole email thread felt predatory and deceiving - they should’ve led with the facts that it was a paid patch which it seemed like that just became the response when they realized they couldn’t get any other revenue from us for installation or hosting - since they didn’t mention that fee in the beginning when we were talking about installation specifics. The script we bought from them was basic and could use improvements - we weren’t even using it but entertained the conversation since they led with the patch - making it sound complementary. Now, we for sure won’t be using any PHP jabber scripts for anything, not with them doing business like.

I had a problem with my registration system at a crucial time for my business, and their team worked overtime to make sure that it was up and running again.

The support you get from them is amazing. My hosting company changed my php version and would not let me go back. Php jabbers got straight on it and updated the script so it would work on the latest version of Php.

Worked through a complex design and install

I had a pleasant experience requesting some customisations on a Job Listing Script. The project manager, Varun, was very prompt and attentive to my needs. I have been working with PHP Jabbers since its creation. Prompt Reply/response and Good Customer Service.

However, since the Company has changed ownership, the cost of customization is not given to all countries . They are very expensive.

Good and rather quick responses and fixed a problem with an Api for us. The purchased reservation system works good.

The scripts do not work at install, except one, and they want to charge you 75$ each, after you paid nearly $500 for the scripts themselves, to "install" them... Sounds like a scam at this point.

The speed and quality of their service is excellent. As member of an amateur theatre group toneelvrienden-sint-joris (non-profit organisation) we have a performance once a year. The cinema booking system is a good tool for our group to automate the selling of seats and tickets. Every year some corrections are needed because of changing needs & updates from our payment service provider (Mollie).
Phpjabbers made these updates without hazzle or dazzle.
Unfortunately they have no helpdesk that can be reached by phone. but considering the speed they react on questions and requests i don't miss the helpdesk by phone.
