Piglet's Pantry Avis 

So was given a voucher as a gift. Tried to redeem it, wasn’t accepting it. Emailed them with voucher and asked for it to be delivered today. Baring in mind I am panders to their email straight away, taken a week for them to respond asking if the email had been dealt with! Guessing no delivery today! From reading other reviews I doubt I will ever receive it. It was meant to be apart of a special birthday present!

Received an afternoon tea for me and my husband it was truly scrumptious lovely big sausage rolls scotch eggs quiches scones with jam and cream a 4 individual cake everything was top notch. Thanks.

Shocking company
Can’t pay it’s staff.claims they have no money want staff to come in and work for nothing.
To all the suppliers out there don’t use them ,.until they pay there staff

Ordered to be delivered over a week ago for today and It Hasn't turned up for a suprise I was hoping and will be delivered a day late not good at all very disappointed won't be ordering again.

This company is disgusting .my daughter has been working for them at fratton park and was told yesterday she will not be paid for the work she done as they have insufficient funds to pay staff.

Piglet’s Pantry is the worst company I have worked for.
There were ongoing issues with wages and communication. As a zero-hours worker, I completed shifts and was later informed on payday that the company could not meet payroll.

Staff were told in writing that Piglet’s Pantry is insolvent and expected to enter an insolvency process. This information was only shared after work had already been completed, leaving staff unpaid with no prior warning.

Despite benefitting from staff labour, wages were not paid and responsibility was deflected elsewhere. The timing, lack of transparency, and handling of this situation caused unnecessary distress to workers who relied on this income.

I am still owed wages for work completed. I would strongly advise anyone considering working for or partnering with this company to proceed with caution.

I worked for them for over 2 years and now they're saying they don't have enough money to pay any of the staff that worked for them at Portsmouth football club, for the whole of December and January.

I've recently placed an order for a Valentines afternoon tea. I love their food and can't fault delivery but the website is really customer unfriendly. It took 3 attempts to actually put my order through. Also, there are pink boxes with pink writing on and I have absolutely no idea what they say, you can't see the text.

I had purchased a voucher through Groupon. Unfortunately Piglets Pantry website does not work. Each time I tried to place an order there was a different problem. PP acknowledged there were problems but did not extend expiry date. On the final attempt I received a message indicating voucher expired even though it was within expiry date. Unable to contact PP by phone.

I have had the privilege of buying from Pickett pantry twice and I must say their products are outstanding. The surface from the team has been helpful and supportive but the products themselves are to a very high standard. I would highly recommend this company.

I was bought a voucher for Piglet’s Pantry for Christmas.
Ordering was easy and communication was excellent.
My Afternoon Tea arrived on time, my only gripe was the delivery driver dumped the box on the doorstep in a puddle in the rain! Luckily I was keeping a watch for it and was able to retrieve the box quickly.
My Afternoon Teas was perfect, the food was delicious, the Scotch eggs, sausage rolls, scones, quiches and cakes tasted wonderful. I would certainly order again.

Although delivery was delayed due to weather conditions I cannot fault customer service who arranged for a replacement that was delivered promptly, The food was delicious and fresh A delightful gift from our nice 😋

It was an excellant gift . Huge sausage rolls and scotch eggs and mini quiche. 4 very tasty slices of cake and two buttery scones with clotted cream and individual jams, nearly forgot 2 x Breakfast Tea bags ! Lovely presentation.

None of the contents were very special - stale and unappetising particularly the quiche. Extremely disappointing.

This was the second time I’ve placed and order and it’s been an amazing gift and the recipient has been thrilled with the contents. The only downside is that I’m coeliac so can’t for myself. Would highly recommend as everything from start of order to delivery has been exceptional

My spouse and I received an afternoon tea gift in December 2024, but we postponed trying it until now due to some negative feedback from our son. Despite this, we decided to go ahead and place the order. The package arrived last week, and while the process was smooth, the food left much to be desired. We discarded the sausage rolls after a single taste, as they were unpalatable; the scones, though soft, were at least consumable, and the cakes were overwhelmingly sweet, almost alarmingly so. The highlights were definitely the jam jars and small clotted cream tubs. After reviewing the online price, it turns out the tea was significantly overpriced for what we received. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a gift that leaves a positive impression.

I ordered 3 x boxes for my 70th birthday, when the venue l wanted to go to was closed for Xmas break!!!! The standard of the goods is really high, plenty of it and the best l've ever tasted. My friends really enjoyed everything sent, down to the tea bags which were included. We loved the sausage rolls = so meaty and lovely flaky pastry. Will recommend and purchase again
