Pillow failed to provide sufficient head and neck support. Very disappointing considering how much it coat! The concept is neat, but in my opinion, falls short.

Honestly a life changer. I literally look forward to getting into bed specifically thinking about my pillow. It's like night and day for my neck pain I used to get.

I feel safe to leave this review after a solid week of use.

For starters, shipping takes a while. It took about 2 weeks for my product to arrive, but it did arrive in great condition so that was a plus.

I can honestly say that the “cooling technology” as advertised is not really noticeable from a standard pillow. It doesn’t really seem any cooler than anything else.

I don’t sleep well, however, I did get 3 really good nights of sleep with this pillow. It relives the pressure off of my shoulders when sleeping so I don’t wake up as frequently from that. I have woken up a few times due to my hands becoming numb since I naturally put my hand under the pillow when I sleep. This pillow cuts off the circulation easily, but that’s more of a sleeper issue and not caused by the pillow. Other sleeping issues weren’t related to the pillow, so if you’re good at getting to sleep you can probably stay asleep.

Additionally, the company starts texting you about buying other products before you even get yours shipped. It’s pretty annoying.

I will say this pillow is SUPER comfortable! I do enjoy it but ultimately, I don’t believe the price tag is worth it. I would say to look at less expensive options to this pillow. It’s nice, but not worth the price.

This pillow immediately snuggled up for total support without scrunching constantly moving all through the night trying to get my other old pillows to be in the crook of my neck to be comfortable.
My side sleeper pro pillow from pillow cube is ALWAYS in the right place no matter how much l move around at night, l feel like this wonderful pillow follows me!
The pillow cases are also so soft and comfy.
The price of this pillow is a bargain considering l have spent more and have been disappointed with others. I honestly have never slept so good.

We wanted to love this (I love my pillow cube I received for Christmas 2020) but it just didn’t hit the mark. I will say, the soft, fuzzy, plush exterior and the fact that it was the cutest pillow we’ve seen was quite nice, but it was way too hard and thick when it was folded, way too thin when it was unfolded, and not soft enough for the car, makes it pretty much unusable.

GREAT for sleeping on your side and the cooling fabric was a nice touch. My only hang-up was that I bought a 12x24 pillow wanting to use it as my main sleeping pillow, but the thickness didn't really vibe will with me sleeping on my back. Still great for all other angles which I spend most of the night in anyways, but I would recommend a 12x12 if you're looking at getting one! Great stuff for sure though have already told one of my buddies about it and both of my roommates have tried it and loved it as well!

I love it! I've never slept better. My only complaint is that you guys sent me 2 pillow cases that did not fit! I ordered the Large 5 inch pillow cases,not the cube. But you all sent me 2 cube pillow cases . And I hate having to send things back.Other than that. This pillow rocks!! I honestly thought you're wasting more money on yet another pillow! And I'm happy to be proven wrong!!! My neck no longer hurts all night! And this pillow never goes flat! And I do not sweat in my head at night anymore!

Return is very weird and a hassle. You have to donate or destroy the pillow and show proof you did...why can't we just ship it back?

Placed order in December. No order received!! After emails to let you know about that I finally received the order; it was in correct with you leaving out 2 of the 3 pillow cases I paid for!!! I have sent emails which I have not received any response yet!!!! Like come on.......

Ordered this pillow after trying everything else I could think of. I am a big girl, six-foot-two, heavy stature, and a side sleeper. Tired of stacking pillows, fighting with the sinking feathers, trying all the contours, etc. I ordered the BIG ONE and haven't had any issues except that my cat thinks he can sleep on it too. Side sleepers, you need one of these.

I don't normally give companies free advertising with reviews. But I am a side sleeper and I have spent literally THOUSANDS of dollars on pillows thru the years, and ended up frustrated and uncomfortable with them all. I ordered this pillow against my judgement, but I just really enjoyed your clever Web ad and knew and expected that I could and would give it back for my refund. I had a restful night's sleep from the very first night. My wife now has one, and my sister bought one on my advice and tells me it is a blessing. You have created what you set out to create, the side sleeper's solution. I wish you had introduced it years ago.

If you're having doubts, I highly recommend buying it - it meets all expectations. This is actually my second purchase!

Didn't have a Eureka! moment. Sorry to say it's just another pillow for me. 4 weeks now and still has a chemical smell.

I believe you have a good product so I’m giving 5 stars. I have a lot of neck problems and have been trying out a lot of pillows. It didn’t work for me but I had no complaints about the pillow.
