Dreadful product, Appalling Customer Service
Dreadful. Phone case took forever to arrive, and when it did, it was damaged (bubbles in the plastic). Apparently to get a refund, I have to send it back - but they just refuse to send me an address. This has been going on for over a month.
UPDATE: now another month, and still nothing. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Orders take FOREVER
Just like the other review said, I think they delete negative comments. Therefore, I wrote a really sweet and patient comment on their instagram and they responded with an email with a different tracking app which i really appreciated. However, this tracking hasn’t been updated since July 8th and it is August 2nd and I’m still waiting. Wish I had done a little more research before ordering here. I ordered back in May btw.
(UPDATE) I got my package August 16 and I love the phone case, but not worth nealry 3 month wait. I get that its covid time but i was told it would only take two weeks. I really recommend the gummy bear phone case, but there are PLENTY of other websites that deliver way faster and cheaper. The case was $20 but its on orher websites for $5.

i ordered two cases in may and it’s not july and i still have not received either of the cases. this website is a scam lol. multiple accounts on instagram have said the same thing abt this site. they give our fake tracking numbers and won’t tell you the package location or even respond to your emails.. they delete negative comments too. this website should and needs to be taken down. do not waste your money on this site

Order never showed up!
I ordered a custom case back on February 13th of this year, and my order still has not come. Customer service eventually stopped responding, and the company won't respond on their social media accounts either. I think I've been scammed. Would NOT buy from them again, ever.

Fast Shipping
Fast shipping but limited inventory. Would be nice for them to expand a bit. But, for what they do have they offer great prices. I even got lucky enough to order on a day with free shipping! Can't beat that!.
