I ordered from this company and at first I thought all was well but when the stuff arrived it seemed to be missing parts. Telephone them to enquire about missing parts as the photos suggested otherwise. I was asked to send photos to them and they would look at what I was looking at.
I sent and email with photo and explanation on what I thought was missing. I went onto table kit one and it shows a full table framed.
In the defence the replied very fast however, suggesting if I had gone to table kit 2 it showed full pictures. This it does but I was not ordering table kit two and these were in a different part of the website.
Being very busy and not having the time to sort this out I decided to order missing parts from another company. However, I could not find the same size so I needed to pay additional money to them and order the parts,
It would be advisable if buying from this company to check exactly what your ordering as they don’t seem bothered to correct their errors
