Ordering process was seamless and product arrived in a reasonable timeframe

Very responsive responsible company making quality products. I just found what I purchased - Hydrogenator® Bottle - was not what I needed for my situation. They were prompt and very understanding. Allowed me to return the product with pre paid shipping and gave me a total refund.

I reached out to customer service to request a replacement charger for my Puirifyer HydroGenator glass. Somehow I misplaced it and Dianna got back with me requesting order #, which I ALSO couldn’t find! She graciously replied back that company would send out replacement charger. No problem! Thank you Dianna for quick and professional responses!!

I used my hydrator for a year and loved it. Then one day the battery wouldn’t take a charge. I contacted customer service in. Mark asked me a few questions, ran me through a couple of tests, decided that something had gone wrong. I had put in the warranty, they replaced it no questions asked within just a couple of days. I can promise you it is worth every penny.

Piurify has made it easy for me to stay properly hydrated throughout my day. It enhances my routine from having the flask available on the go… to having the hydrogen pitcher ready at home. Just grab your favorite spring or filtered water, pour it in and allow the Piurify to do the rest.

the company itself is great. Good communication etc. However, I bought the 'new' larger hydrogen flask that just came out and have some complaints about it. 1. it leaks out of the bottom. I contacted them about it. They said, "Yes, it will leak for about 2 weeks until the ? seals. Then it shouldn't leak any more." That wasn't acceptable to me. 2. The instructions and the techs said, 'when you let it sit, you always need to keep some water inside, on the plates, or they will dry out.' (translate - that's a hassle), 3. They said that I need to clean it once a week. 4. Oh, the other thing was... it was difficult to turn on for some reason... I would long-hold the button... nothing. I would press and press it... nothing... and then, after messing with it for 10-12 seconds, it would come on. All in all, this is very high maintenance and I'm just not interested in that. I'll just use my big hydrogen gas generator and get my hydrogen that way. They need to re-engineer this to be more convenient I think. Outside of that, I would love to have such a device. I love the options it gives and the quality of the device. I do not understand the technology involved, but I hope they can resolve the above - then I will reconsider. thx.

These filters make my water taste delicious! Also, Diana was very helpful in making sure that I received my filters quickly.

I drank the hydrogen water once a day and it gave me temple headaches. I have a friend that has an industrial machine and her hydrogen water I do well with. I am concerned the bottle I bought leeches heavy metals and will not use it.

I had an issue with my Piurify device and contacted customer service. I received a quick response and they sent me a replacement piece in a timely manner. I was well pleased with the experience and the way they stood behind their products.
