I have been using Placid for over 5 years and their service is outstanding. I worked in Dubai as Marketing and Business Development Manager in a remittance company so I know all the “red flags” in a bad company when it comes to sending money 💴. Placid has gained my 100% trust and may have had 1 out of more than 100 transactions I made with them that got delayed.. so it wasn’t al perfect but near perfect still!

Unnecessary Calls
if you send through them and they start calling the receiver and asking how much money they receive. Also sometimes they asks for code and offers them promotions and receiver feels suspicious. And these are really annoying. Even i complained to customer service to stop calling receiver.seems like they didn’t care.
