Easy online order process, was impressed that I was able to specify a delivery date (others didn't provide this facility). My order arrived on the date I asked for and I was updated via phone about the progress of the delivery. Products arrived in good condition. Prices were amongst the best I could find online. Overall I'm very happy.

The price was the most competitive online, which was a happy surprise as my order was relatively small - insulation and plaster board for a vaulted ceiling in a small room. The delivery came as promised, and although one plaster board was damaged the company made no quibble in providing a replacement board within a couple of days. They pulled out all the stops to go the extra mile in resolving the problem. All in all they provide a quality product and fantastic customer service. Very friendly and pleasant team to deal with. A pity more suppliers and service providers don't have the same high level of attention to detail in their customer satisfaction as this company has. I will definitely use and recommend them again

Having ordered a number of different boards on line, I received a phone call within a couple of hours to confirm that they would be able to provide a limited number of one of the specialist board types normally only sold in packs. They confirmed a suitable delivery date there and then. The complete order was delivered and unloaded by the driver at 7:30am on the agreed date, before I was even aware of his arrival. Really excellent hassle free service at a good price.

I had my order in for about 10 days, I asked for a specific day so I could be there to accept delivery, and get straight on with the job. On the delivery day I got a phone call to say the wagon hadn't come back from being MOT'd and the delivery couldn't go ahead that day. A day wasted. The caller said he would call back to arrange a different delivery day. He didn't. I phoned him back instead. Delivery was set for the next day.
The delivery driver was excellent, and helped me into the property with the boards. Some boards had minor damage, but overall OK.
I would order from this company again, ( because the price is good ) but with reservations.

The order email made it clear I'd be responsible for moving the goods from the road onto my property.

I arranged leave from work so I could be there to receive the delivery.

The delivery arrived a day early. The driver confirmed with my girlfriend that he was at the right address, and she told him she wouldn't be able to move the goods. He replied it wasn't his responsibility and before she had chance to explain she was pregnant he set about unloading the goods from his lorry onto the pavement.

She spent half an hour in the pouring rain carting the boards into the house.

I wasn't pleased and sent an email complaint. There was an apology in the complaint, but it basically shirked responsibility by saying they'd given the correct delivery date to the delivery company they use so it wasn't their problem.

The product seems to be ok except for one board that looks like it was partially crushed when being lifted with a forklift.

Need I say more?

Ordered 2 pallets of insulation. Site is tricky to find and was expecting a call to say where are you, but when I opened the curtains at 8:10 am the pallets were already delivered. Perfect condition goods and delivered when they said they would. Only downside was no delivery note through the door. Would recommend on the basis of this transaction.

I couldn't fault them really. their website was informative, they were helpful on the phone and the goods turned up on time and as described. five stars to a business that recognises the importance of good service

But after asking some basic questions I was given a rundown on everything I needed to know about what to use, where to you use it and most importantly how to use it. Questions on price and alternatives were quickly answered and had a quote for what I wanted in no time at all. I don't like ordering items on-line myself but was taken through the process and finished up with a delivery date that I wanted and not one that wasn't right for me.

I was especially impressed by the telephone support. I wasn't sure exactly what I needed but the guy on the phone talked me through all my options. I feel like he listened to my needs and then recommended accordingly.

A company with good service ( at last!). I run a gym so had very little time to take the delivery. They were able to call me before delivery so I could get home and meet driver. I was happy not to have to take a day off work - would recommend.

We found Planet Insulation on the internet and were very pleased that they could deliver to our rather out of the way address in Perthshire. They were much cheaper than our local supplier and so we were a bit nervous about everything turning up. The driver was very curteous and phoned us 1/2 an our before hand. He even helped us unload some things. I would definately recommend their service.
