Great option when you’re stuck!
Stumbled across this website after booking a room that was none refundable. The team were really quick at replying to my queries and helped me upload my hotel. I managed to sell my hotel and recoup some unexpected money which was great.
One thing I will just say is that there is a fee to list; which is applicable even if not sold however this didn’t stop me using the site.
It has also encouraged me to use this site from a buyer perspective. Thanks again Team!

We’re so glad we could help you turn a non-refundable booking into unexpected money back! It’s great to hear our team was able to answer your questions quickly. There are a couple of reasons we currently charge a small listing fee. Firstly, it contributes to the cost of verification checks to ensure sellers are real people listing genuine great value deal. It is very important to us that we maintain a trusted platform. Secondly, it contributes to the cost of advertising listings on our global marketplace and other platforms. We look forward to helping you grab some fantastic deals in the future!
Had a great experience
Had a great experience - had booked a hotel for the wrong weekend & no refund option. Sold it for around 50% of the purchase price which was far better than nothing! Then booked an alternative hotel & saw the night before they were offering the same room for £40 less & with breakfast.
Had free cancellation on the original room until 6pm the night before - so rebooked and then simply pressed the cancel button on the first room - no issues, although I called the hotel to check the booking was all in order.
Sale proceeds arrive promptly within 48 hours after the checkout date - excellent service & will look to book further rooms in the future

Great service
Had a hotel room that couldn't use following a change of plans. Sold the room on planschange.com very quickly and received payment for a room I couldn't cancel. Very pleased with the outcome as had anticipated I'd lost my money.
