Just dreadful
Just dreadful, bought bricks and discovered that the counter price is 23p plus VAT more expensive than advertised. At 20% markup, that adds up to a big biil if you dare visit the counter. When I complained the sales counter staff refused to serve me and threw the receipt at me! even Their telephone sales team had given the lower price. AVOID!!!

Website really easy to use, and easy to order what you need. However the last delivery I had was just left outside my house, the doorbell wasn’t rung so wasn’t aware it was there.

Upon using your order number to check the delivery image the driver took, there is someone with him on site when unloading who assisted the offload. I am unsure if this may be the builder or landscaper who is doing the job?

Easy and great service
It was an easy purchase online. I easily found all I needed, added it to basket, checked on the postcode to get delivery costs and placed the order. I selected a delivery date that was stuck to and the driver was very friendly and helpful putting the load exactly where I wanted it just over my fence. Great job all round.

4.8m 7” featheredged cladding
I ordered 7” featheredged cladding in long 4.8m lengths, which I couldn’t get from my usual suppliers. There have been very few split or damaged lengths in the delivery, resulting in me not having to sort through all the timbers before starting the job. I ordered online and asked for a specific delivery date, which is what I got. Very happy.
