All was good but....
We sent camera ready copy in FULL 8.5"x11" (no blank space at top & bottom) landscape format but the pages were shrunk leaving .63" space at top & bottom.
If we were told about this problem before sending the camera ready copy we may have fixed it with your suggestion!

Hi Ben, Our books are 10" x 8" and 13" x 11".
Most customers mail us their originals, which we digitize for them and size accordingly for our books. Having a customer send us camera ready copy is not a typical order for us. As we noted, if we filled the page top to bottom, we would have lost some of your beautiful content on the sides.
We send all customers a proof of their book going to print. We are so sorry if you did not notice the white space in the proof. I believe our customer service department did alert you to this fact before going to print.
If we have a similar project brought to us in the future we will try our best to inform the customer of possibilities from the start!
We sure hope you still love your books. Your project was beautiful!

Amazing experience
Amazing experience. I made a book with all my late mothers recipe cards, and then 2 books for my kiddo's art. Fast, fun, and the perfect output!

Excellent job! The first book that I received was damaged in the mail, no fault of Plum Print. However, Plum Print addressed the matter quickly and sent a new copy. Great service!

Like this but too expensive
I really like the concept of plum print but the cost is out of control. 2 books, one for each kid, was $700+ which is insane.

Our books are completely custom made, with each item you send to us being professionally digitized, edited and designed into your custom book. Books are printed on high quality, archival paper, so they will last forever, with hardcover library bindings.

Pricing is per piece sent to us. We try to make our pricing extremely clear so customers know exactly what their book will cost before starting our process.

Beautiful Finished Product
I just love my son's art book. I thought the process was very easy to and the final product is beautiful. It's expensive (my book was $300+!!) but I also know that it would have taken me quite a long time to take photos, edit, and then put together in a photo book on my own.

Pictures were somewhat fuzzy on the book, it was an ok book but for the price I paid I expected better quality.

The whole process is super easy and the finished product is great quality and exactly what I wanted - a way to always remember her pre-k art without having to store it. I keep after a few years I would get fed up and toss it. Now, it’s always there for us to look through and remember.
