I have been using Pos Highway for almost 10 years. Their entire team is amazing, except Anthony and Francis - they are above amazing! I have used and supported NCR Counterpoint for over 15 years. Computant is on it!
Anthony spent a lot of time with us the first week to get everything set up and working properly. The Computant team has been very responsive to all of our inquiries. If we have needed help, someone has emailed or called us back in a timely manner. Francis has even called several times to make sure things are running as we feel they should be. We recently signed on with Computant as our service provider. I have been working with technician, Steven Tocci, and he is the smartest person I have known! Every time I have a report or function that is not working, he amazingly fixes it without any issues and in the same phone call! Our last provider...not so much. They couldn't even understand the problems let alone fix them so it is so good to know that there are true geniuses out there! Thank you Computant!
