I contacted the customer service and sent them an email showing the bank swift copy (proof of payment) and never get back to me.
I will never ever use Posta Plus (My Box) again.

Bad service, too long transit times. Try to avoid by refusing to use this company. Hands off !!!
Good for small cheap packages only
The good:
- For the UK delivery time is ok
- For small packages the fees are ok
The bad:
- The charge dimensional weight
- For USA delivery is slow
- For USA you must pay 6.7% sales tax
- Packages are protected for 100$ only
- No mobiles or electronics with batteries
- Some allege they lose packages and bad customer support
Conclusion:
Good for small cheap packages only. Aramex shopandship is much better

Really poor service
Really poor service. Never trust them with your parcel , they are pathetic. We gave them a post on recommendation of shiplify on wed , today is sat morning , we have been calling them since last 2 days , all they say is we are checking with the department , they will call you back. And there no call back. Today out of frustration we asked for an escalation path. They have no escalation path. I asked to be connected to customer care manager, or operations manager , they do not have an idea about who to escalate to.
Completely ridiculous people with no clue how to manage a shipment . I am deeply regretting agreeing to shiplify recommendation to use these clueless service. They have no idea or expertise with shipping. Better to avoid them. They cannot deliver period.

The worst service ever not professional at all. I have been waiting for my parcel for more the 8 days and its in Dubai not in China. This person from PPlus called me 052 908 7547 he said I will bring it tomorrow, and when I called him today 04/03/2025, he said I'm off call the office. OMG soooo UNPROFESSIONAL. The worst company ever.

The worst company SHEIN use to deliver I’m un installing SHEIN application from my phone simply because the post plus deliveries are rude and the customer service lies. When you pay using link the order delayed the most and yet when you don’t they come for you wherever you are. I’m so disappointed to hell with SHEIN because of this company moreover I wanted to surprise my best friend 😡

Very bad! They delivered me late and also behaved rudely and unprofessionally. I had to run back and forth and made so many calls. It was a loss of time, money and there was so much frustration as well. They even changed their name from Speedex to PostaPlus.
