bad company ,no comunication ,cant phone ,they dont answer emails this is the second time they have let us down IE sent me an empty box , then sent me the bonnet vents with no template ,keep ignoring my emails ,bad show all round owner is to busy making U tube vids

I have required the services of Powerful UK for spare parts and installation instructions on two occasions, these for my RR Evoque. On both occasions I found their parts to be of top quality and appropriate to my requirements. Their Instructions videos on YouTube offer a comprehensive view of how to install the parts. There are no slick actors or voice-overs and the workshop appears normal and not a studio or pristine garage. The Boys who demonstrate the fitting are not afraid to make mistakes and do not edit them out. The inclusion of the errors helps people like me - a simpleton DIYer - to avoid them. I don't care if my review appears obsequious, it is my honest opinion. What is just as important is the fact that they have saved me well over £900.00p and 2-3 days loss of vehicle usage by not having to use JLR Dealerships.
I shall be happy to recommend Powerful UK to my family, friends and colleagues.

Tried to buy a led strip for my Range Rover tailgate but wasn’t in stock so they took my email and emailed me when it was in stock. Honestly can’t fault anything the quality is excellent it’s on the car and looks great also free delivery the next. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company

I ordered a grill for my Disco on the Powerful website, but that was not possible from the EU. So they referred me to eBay.
But ebay's delivery costs are extremely high, over 37 GBP or 45 Euro. I regularly order from the UK and the average transport cost is between 12 and 15 Euro.

Some products are poor some are good, find the 3m stick stuff is extremely poor had quality issues with my last 2 purchases so going off powerful now to be honest.
quick delivery is a plus, but some of the products are letting them down

I have bought a lot of Range Rover Evoque accessories / parts from powerful uk. Everything I have bought fits well and has been delivered quickly with good packaging.

Great communication if something is out of stock, simply input email address and they let you know when it back in stock

Tried to order 'Brake Kit Upgrade' but it was out of stock - I was told by email to leave my email address and I would be informed as soon as they were back in - within a week I got an email - I've ordered and are now waiting for delivery - great communication and customer service - wait and see what the parts are like.....

Cheap chinese tat ..

Been using powerfull now best part of 5 years, some parts are good, some are complete chinese tat, 2010 upgrade rear lights for the 04-09 RR Sport, nice looking lights for the upgrade, but sheer tat, they steam up, contain Damp, have to keep drying them out totally unacceptable for something that's £129 each ..

If you want the upgrade buy from somewhere else powerfulls are cheap Chinese tat ...

Am 19.05.2021 diverses Zubehör bestellt für meinen New Defender 90 X. Nach 6 Tagen durch DHL prompt in die Schweiz geliefert. Es hat alles bestens geklappt. Powerful UK ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Just fitted their Evoque Interior Light and Footwell Upgrade Kit in Blue... what an excellent product! Prompt delivery, extremely helpful and informative youtube fitting instructional video. Everything works exactly as it should and everything went into place exactly as explained in the video.

I am unhappy as i buy a body kit for Greece i spend a lot of money for shipment. They told me that the body kit is in santorini black color. However i received and once i change the body kit i realized that its only a black color and not santorini black. They only accepted to ship back the item however i am not happy with this solution. I asked them to pay half of the amount from paint work instead on sending back the parts. THERE IS STILL NO RESPONCE.

they responded now telling me that they are not willing to pay the paint job.

I carefully selected this seller, however even in this case because they inform me wrong now i have to pay extra amount for paint work.

Powerful UK is a fantastic company. Great products at very competitive prices. The Parts come with excellent fitting instructions, and backup videos to enable fitting of more troublesome parts, are available on-line also.
The parts and accessories are a very good quality. I have modified 2x Discovery 3's and 2x Freelander 2'S commercials for my company, with various parts and accessories. All parts were delivered fast, and they always arrive packed very well. All the parts and accessories put on the vehicles, are still on the various vehicles, and still look awesome.
