I have been buying Power Step inserts for more than 25 years. A podiatrist wanted $350 for an insert to help with my heel spurs. I tried PS inserts and the rest is history. Every new pair of shoes gets new inserts. That 10-12 purchases. When the material at the heel seperated on a new pair after very little wear I emailed. Only to be told “we’ve never seen that before” “we’ll replace ONE TIME” That was on the phone and the woman dripped in sarcasm. NOW a year later another insert did the same thing. But there’s zero customer loyalty and I have $60 junk. I have 25 year old pairs that are showing less wear!

I am a UK customer. The first thing I would say is that they need to sort out the sizing of the insoles on Amazon. It is very unclear but I’m managed to work it out using a measuring chart I found on another website.

I have been suffering with quite severe front of foot pain possibly a neuroma, in both feet after reading and watching of YouTube I’ve understood the need to use metatarsal pads or support to reduce the impact on the front of the foot every time you take a step with this in mind I have bought a new pair of trainers from a running shop, which are Hocker Bondi eight. These have certainly helped as they have a rocker soul , I’ve been able to continue working and being on my feet.

However, I’ve still got the pebble in the shoe feeling that you get in both feet and pain by the end of the day so I bought these power Metatarsal insoles to put inside the trainers. They arrived this afternoon and when I got home from work here they were and I put them in my shoes straight away not feeling very confident. They felt quite strange but after about 10 to 15 minutes of walking gently around the house I realise that the impact on the front of my feet was being reduced considerably and it felt quite comfortable, when you first put these on there is a considerable bump under the arch of your foot because there’s a little bump there where the padding is however after a short time my feet have already been going to get used to that being there and it doesn’t bother me really. I’m sure I’ll get more used to it in time . I would say that it would be best to wear the insoles for a short time and break them in slowly rather than trying to spend the whole day on your feet in them so to give your feet time to adapt to them.

I am thankful I have found these is a massive understatement. I was very worried that I would have to stop work because I wouldn’t be able to work properly. This would’ve been a disaster for me in many ways. However it looks like I might have found a solution for now , while I wait for a podiatrist appointment on the NHS which will come. I am in the UK.

So need to make sure they get the sizing correct on Amazon as it will put people off buying them although I was so persistent because of the pain I was in , I hope that if you buy these insoles it will also bring you such relief as I’ve experienced this afternoon. Thank you for reading this.

They were recommended by my Podiatrist because of my foot pain. I bought them and I didn’t really have much of a difference.

I called and said what my problem was. They recommended an insole, and it made all the difference. I highly recommend Powerstep.

They have worked great on my feet, the pain and soreness has subsided now.

This kind was recommended by my podiatrist. They fit will in my shoe and give some needed cushioning as well as support. I have a bone spur and so far it hasn't helped much with that.

The adhesive wasn't strong enough to adhere to my Superfeet inserts. I used rubber cement to adhere the arch cookie and now the product is working well.

I haven't worn anything but Powerstep inserts for the last 10 years. I wouldn't buy anything else!

They really work great, I’m walking in air!

They did not give me much relief from the pain

I like the first inserts that I purchased better than these last two. The instep on the Powerstep seems too high for me. I'd almost like to return and exchange these for the pink powerstep.

I love wearing flip flops but I cannot wear them any longer until I found these!!! Life savers!!! I live in them!!

With Morton's neuroma and general overall foot pain due to fat pad atrophy, if I don't wear my Powersteps, I have much more discomfort. They truly make a difference in my life!

I have mortons neuroma and these were supposed to help. They do not help at all. My feet hurt so bad after doing aerobics with them. Now my heel hurts too!

Powerstep provides comfort without having to be fitted by a specialist.

I’ve tried many different insoles, I absolutely can’t survive without these! They make Walking joyful again!

A bit of support but it took up space in the shoe which makes it too tight.

Love these. Replacing my regular insoles in my tennis shoes with these has helped my capsulitis.

I recently ordered the Men's Fusion Slippers -- essentially slippers with built-in orthotic support. I never wear shoes at home but now that I am "locked down" (at least for awhile) and working from home, hanging out at home and playing at home ... I have not been wearing my shoes with Powersteps inside. So receiving these Powerstep slippers has been awesome ... my new "work" shoes since I dress more casually at home while still receiving comfortable support for my feet. I am now healthier and happier since receiving this latest shipment from Powerstep! Thank you for making this current crisis a little more bearable!! :)
