As mentioned in their video you do get a text the day before which is nice as this allows you prepare for their visit

Great first clean
Great first clean - hadn’t been cleaned for 3 months and are now sparkling. Exceptional communication about slight change of time - although in fairness I had begun to wonder if my booking had been accepted, not having heard for several days after booking a regular clean.

Didn't clean the whole property
Took 20 days longer to get them to come out that what was originally given as a date.
Paid for a clean, only half of the windows were cleaned with the others ignored. This was raised and and invoice was sent with no adjustments.
Quality of clean was almost non existent on the windows that were 'cleaned'. Dirt and marks on still on the windows and looks like it hasn't been touched.

Firstly, regarding the delay, it looks like you were initially given an incorrect first clean date when signing up, which understandably caused frustration. We sincerely apologise for this and any inconvenience caused.
In terms of access, we’d like to clarify that due to insurance reasons, our technicians are unable to enter customers’ properties. This means we can only clean areas that are safely accessible from the outside. On this occasion, this is why the rear windows were not completed. We do always recommend making us aware of any access limitations in advance so we can advise accordingly.
That said, we’re very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the quality of the windows that were cleaned, as this is not the standard we aim to deliver.
We also understand your concern about the invoice, this has now been fully reviewed and cleared while we resolve things with you.
We’d really like the opportunity to put this right. Please let us know a convenient time for us to contact you, or feel free to reach out to us directly so we can arrange a re-clean and ensure everything is completed to the standard you expect.

Unfortunately
Unfortunately, my experience with Preen and Clean Window Cleaning wasn’t great. While the windows looked better overall, the corners were missed and there was still visible dirt left behind even on the window sills I was also disappointed that the gate was left open after the job was finished, which I feel is common courtesy and something that should be checked before leaving. Overall, the attention to detail and professionalism could have been better. I dont understand how they can do a thorough job with just a extension of a brush without ladders?

We’re sorry to hear that your experience with Preen & Clean didn’t meet expectations on this occasion. The issues you’ve raised around missed corners, remaining dirt on sills and the gate being left open are not the standard of care and professionalism we aim to deliver. We also understand how frustrating it is when the small but important details are overlooked.
Regarding your question about ladders: we use a purified water-fed pole system designed to safely clean windows up to several storeys high from the ground. This method is widely used in the industry as it reduces risk and allows us to clean efficiently without needing ladders. That said, equipment alone doesn’t guarantee a thorough finish, and the concerns you’ve highlighted suggest that our usual standards were not met during your visit.

Really great service. All arrange on the website, I got a text the day before as a reminder, they came on time and windows looked great after. And payment all done via the website.

Easy to organise & happy with service
Easy to organise, preen and clean came out next day! Very happy with standard of clean for a reasonable price.
My only issue that is on the website, it told me I could pay by direct debit and didn't ask for any of my bank details. I was then given a payment link after the first clean, however I would much prefer to pay by D/D.

Due to the nature of our work, factors like cleans taking longer than expected or traffic can affect schedules. All the windows were left with water…
All the windows were left with water spots and weren’t properly dried or wiped with a squeegee. I had to wipe them myself with a dry cloth to remove the remaining water, and I couldn’t reach the upper windows, so the water dried and left stains.
It seems that the cleaning was only done well around the window frames (the white parts), but the glass itself wasn’t cleaned or dried properly.

We no longer rely on squeegees as we use a hot purified water system. This process removes all minerals and impurities from the water, allowing it to dry naturally on the glass without leaving spots or streaks. At Preen & Clean, our system is custom built in-house. Combined with our specialist brush equipment, it effectively lifts dirt and thoroughly rinses the glass, delivering a consistent, high-quality finish.
On initial cleans, there can occasionally be some minor residue from previous products, but this quickly improves with regular maintenance. As always, if you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to arrange a re-clean.
