I had a fantastic experience with Mike at Premierline. Out of the five brokers I was speaking to, Mike was by far the best.
He was incredibly patient and understanding, especially as it took me around three months to finally take out the policy. Throughout the whole process, his communication was excellent, and every question I had was answered clearly and promptly.
I never felt pressured, and Mike was always helpful and professional. I’m very happy with the service I received and would have no hesitation in recommending Mike and Premierline to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable broker.

Fantastic service from Georgina
We’ve been working with Georgina Grout as our account manager for several months, and she’s been absolutely fantastic. Georgina has gone above and beyond to find us the right insurance policy, taking the time to fully understand our business needs and staying patient and proactive throughout the process. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine commitment to getting things right have made a real difference. Couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

Adding building cover
