Premierman need to change there courier.
This really annoyed me as we cancelled the order and they still sent it out for delivery.
Parcel was delivered around the back of our work unit left next to our commercial bin on a wednesday when it is collection day to be emptied.
How stupid can hermes and premierman be,we never asked them to leave it in a safe place becuse we cancelled the order and no notification of delivery,it was only when we checked to see when it was out for delivery because we had an email saying trying to deliver which we cancelled and we see a picture of our parcel next to our commercial bin.
All i can say It was just lucky the bin man did not take it away or we would have to try and prove it.
Sorry but I hate hermes and premierman for there stupidness and always have done,we have had so many problems with them in the past its ridiculous.
Im considering using a different clothing comapany as im so fed up with there mess ups.
Be prepared to be let down
Not the first time they have screwed me over however it will be the last. In August I purchased 2 large sofas I was told delivery was 11th October, so went ahead and paid for the sofas, a week before they were due to arrive I had my old sofas taken away. 2 weeks later my sofas had still not arrived, when I contacted PremierMan I was told they had been cancelled due to lack of stock. NIGHTMARE!! I then had to go sofa shopping and spend £3000 on 2 new sofas then had to redecorate around them. Not great, PM said oh we'll give you 10% off your next purchase of a sofa... I was like "stick it mate!" Today is the last straw for the company. I ordered a couple of small things, and once again paid for them. all necessary emails arrived even one from Hermes. Then go online to check where my items are to be told, "they were stolen from the courier" "you will have to fill out the form we are sending now to claim back or re-order" "If you are not happy please call customer service" Called customer service to get an Indian call centre where the person on the phone didn't even understand English, she put me on hold and I was there for over 30 mins till I eventually got bored and hung up. 13p per minute with an extra charge from your network provider. Bang outta order! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
Incomptence and atrocious customer service
Ordered a toaster and kettle from them, only to receive an email from them the next day telling me my payment had been declined by my card issuer and the order was cancelled. I had authorised the payment when I placed the order, and after confirming with my bank, the payment was still pending and had not been rejected. The next day I received an email stating they were unable to accept my credit order as I was over my credit limit - I had and have no credit account with them, as I had ordered my items with a debit card. I can only assume they are lying in an attempt to make me place the order again and get double the money. Shocking behaviour from a company and I'll never use them again

Send you an offer code leaflet through the post 25% off. Great, offer code good till 8th Oct. Tried to use the code. nothing. So contacted via email waited--waited eventually had a reply told the code I used was invalid/timed out would I send photo proof of leaflet, with the code I had received, showing offer and expire date, yes no problem. Which clearly states offer and the expire date 8th October. Still waiting for a reply now the 5th of October, so will I get my code in time or not, I wonder?

Dreadful customer service and care fraudulently obtain money for orders they don’t fulfill
Like to give zero or negative rating Dreadful customer service. Informed order would be late after paying next day delivery. What arrived yesterday 4 days after paying, was something I had not ordered a back support and I spent 2 hours on chat in the evening trying to sort this out. Was told a refund would be credited and someone would phone to assist in reordering what I had ordered - 3 pairs of trousers and 2 pairs of trainers. This morning:no phone call and money still removed from my bank account so I phoned and was an hour on phone. This evening still no refund for order I have paid for and did not receive and no one emailed or phoned to apologise or give me an update. Some way to treat a vulnerable person😱😢😰😱Should I contact police fraud victim support unit who have helped me in past with scams? Absolutely appalling customer service.
Eventually bank fraud team got me a refund for the items I ordered that were not delivered. Dreadfull experience and not good for well-being of a vulnerable perso. Avoid like the plague

Excellent company, kept well informed about delivery, great quality products and choice and I love the fact that you can get short length trousers which I find difficult to get elsewhere.
I've bought a few items from premier man and I have been extremely pleased with the quality and speed of delivery, excellent service and I can't understand all the negative reviews.

Will not use this company again
Can't understand why a company would want to charge their customers for trying to talk to them. second thing is when you pay for next day delivery you expect your goods to arrive the next day (charge £4.50).
Third things is how can I track my parcels when you don't have a order number,they have got you both ways cost you more in phone calls to get reimbursed for next day delivery charge.

I've emailed them numerous times, complained to them, sent them a Right of Erasure request and all they can respond with is that they're going to keep writing to my previous address.

Unbelievably rude, ignorant and liars. This company's customer service is absolutely disgusting. As a disabled person, I expected to be treated the same as everyone else, but Premier Man have left me sitting on the floor for nearly 6 weeks. They do not call you when they say they will, after promising over 10 times to do so. They are clueless as to what is going on and apparently can only do everything internally by email, which does not help, when the people they email to get things arranged, refuse to actually do the work they are paid for. Some of the people that do answer the phone are so rude and vile, should be sacked. Their online chat support have no idea what's going on and lie.
They really should change their name.. there is nothing Premier about them.
