order cancelled and credit limit removed for no reason waste of my time.

opened a credit account and tried to place an order that was slightly over my credit limit. Paid the difference with debit card only to see that instantly the order was cancelled. I phoned to query this and got told I had failed a system check even though I've checked my credit file online and my score has improved by 80 points since I took out the account.

They now have removed the credit limit for absolutely no reason and have not refunded the money back to my card as of yet.

A complete and utter joke of a catalogue my advice is to avoid. I have raised a complaint about it all but they simply don't care.

Best of it is I have been a loyal customer with their sister catalogue jd Williams with a perfect payment history for nearly 3 years.

NO WAY OF CALLING THIS COMPANY

I've been told I need to call their number to settle an identity fraud situation. I've been put on hold three separate times, and left for over 15 minutes each time. I've tried to escalate the issue and have been promised a call back from a 'manager' but that never happened.

Shop with a great degree of caution - these guys seem far too disorganised to take people's money.

Don’t bother regretting opening my account after first month

Really don’t bother outsourced South African call centre is completely rude and useless hung up on me after ten minutes of waiting. Call centre in Manchester not much better if a customer wants to make a complaint about lack of service then saying sorry and going quiet not going to cut it. Especially as then told have to write in to make a complaint.

Why all the bad reviews..it's a catalogue..what do you expect..I have been a customer for years..absolutely no problems what so ever..have had large items..small items..all delivered perfectly..ok high interest but..what do you expect as said it's a catalogue..

RIP OFF INTEREST RATE ON PERSONAL ACCOUNT

Joined premierman.com a few years ago with no problems .The quality of their good is pretty good but expensive .
BEWARE AVOID THE PERSONAL ACCOUNT
I received a leaflet through the post a few days and I noticed their interest rate has now risen to a massive 69.8% from around 50% ish when I first joined them a few years ago .
No email or correspondence regarding this massive interest rise ,this also applied to the stuff I had ordered in the past .
YOU CANNOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF ,AVOID !

Save yourself aggravation and shop elsewhere

Placed order and realised that it was going to the wrong address as their system didn't show what address until the end of the transaction (I had two delivery addresses). Immediately contacted them to change address and had a very helpful young lady say no problems its done. Heard nothing more until it turned up at the WRONG address. They said they would credit my account with the delivery charge and I requested a refund as they hadn't done what they were supposed to. Tried twice heard nothing back from them. have just tried a third e mail....we will see

This is the worst catalogue ever,

This is the worst catalogue ever,! Bright house in catalogue form. I have been paying the minimum payment for a year amounting to £840 and the balance has reduced by merely £100. Each month only £8 from £93 comes off the goods the rest is consumed by their outrageous interest charges. There must be a law against this.please can anyone advise?

I have used Premier Man (Along with the many other affiliated companies,same horse different jockeys) for many years and have never has a problem with ordering,quality or delivery and the same applied when I had, on one occasion, to return an item that I had ordered the wrong size,my fault!
Keep doing what you are doing because you do it well

Leaking shoes

I wanted a pair of shoes for the garden,I ordered a cheap pair from Premier Man and the first day I word them they let in water ,certainly not fit for purpose,I ordered a second pair,more expensive,and the first time I wore them they let in water,it seems to me that regardless of price a pair of shoes should at least be water tight. Receiving a new pair shoes that are not watertight is unfortunate,to receive a second pair that were not water tight is simply bad company practice. I guess if you want a cheap pair of shoes for whatever purpose,avoid Premier Man.

Ignore requests to stop sending junk maill

Have asked numerous times to stop sending their mailshot catalogue by email, consistently ignored and keep getting this junk.

Companies that are unable to fulfil basic requests from the public deserve 1 star reviews.

I would honestly never recommend this catalogue ever it is the worst one, spoke to someone on phone about order and all she did was umm me all time on phone didn't seem intereted in the issue i had kept fobbing me off calling me a liar highly wouldnt recommend worst customer service.

I have placed an order

I have placed an order, cannot recall item numbers, and received call that attempt was made to deliver packages. I was at home at time and no delivery was attempted at that time. The goods were for a holiday leaving Saturday morning now starting to panic as still no sign of delivery and feel delivery agent may have called at different address.
