Having ordered from Europe the item was…
Having ordered from Europe the item was hit with an additional customs charge. Other companies have overcome this issue not sure why when other companies can manage post to Europe,without this additional charge, Primal can't.

Thanks for the feedback and comments, we really do read and reply to them all. All orders outside of the UK are exempt of UK tax at 20%, so taxes will be payable on the country of import. We do offer to refund any administration charges you may have occurred by means of rewards points on your account. Great item. Amazing service.
I can’t believe how efficient and quick the service was. I ordered one day and it arrived the next! Awesome. The arm warmers are great quality. I would definitely recommend Primal Europe.

Primal 3/4 Bibtights. I bought a second pair.
Don't even know you are wearing them. That's on a 5 hour ride around Yorkshire Dales. These are excellent value. I can't fault them

Product good so far, but customs....
Product good so far, but as I ordered from Europe, I presumed I would not be charged for UK customs. Ended up a lot more expensive and should have been informed prior to purchase.

Quality jersey. Sized accurately with no need to size up. Delivery time seems to vary. The last order arrived in a week. Previous took a month or so it seemed. Overall, I’m very satisfied.
