I've only bought ram and a mouse from them but both orders went good so nothing to complain about!

Product (Order id 352545) is not received yet even though it is marked as delivered. I tried to contact Prime ABGB on call and email but there is no reply even after 2 days.

Also, please choose some reputed courrier partner. There are hundreds of people facing the spam regarding DTDC.

its not scam but they use cheap courier partners you will receive you parcel in 15-20 days also call support is not good but yeah its genuine not scam purchased 2 times and they accept all types of payment method

I ordered a AMD RX 7900 GRE 21GB OC Edition GPU from their website. A day later they call me telling the product is out of stock and they offered me a 16GB alternative (??). This was obviously a dealbreaker for me because the card was 21GB and I would have to compromise 5GB VRAM. When I informed the person that the card was 21GB originally, he mentioned it was an "issue" on their website and that wrong information was on the site (??). I asked for a refund and they mentioned that it would take 3 working days to process the refund, so I basically wasted an entire week for nothing.

Overall bad experience, their customer support person on the call was not helpful and was always on the line "send email, we will take a look", which is really annoying. What is the point of having a customer support if he can look at your issue?

I ordered ssd hard disks, made full payment. They said they will dispatch same day and share AWB no. But they did not. When contacted they say they don't have stock and asked me to wait. When asked for refund, they said they will do soon. But inspite of many calls, reminders, I have not yet got my money back. They are not genuine people. Stay away.

My experience with PrimeABGB is mixed. There are lot of positives and few negative points.
It started when my system started troubling me like anything. Every couple of days my system could not boot. Then I thought of buying my another system.
Then PrimeABGB comes in front. I ordered Processor, Motherboard, RGB RAM, M.2 SSD drive, RGB cabinet and a 650W PSU. I compared everything on Amazon. PrimeABGB comes ridiculously cheap in price.
It was my bad luck that I ordered my good when PrimeABGB was not having good time with their website. My Ordered was messed up with some other order. As told by Mr Ahosk there was some shortage of the items I have ordered. I checked Motherboard I wanted was showing in stock yet why I do not know but Mr Ashok upgraded my Motherboard from non wifi motherboard to wifi motherboard without any extra cost. Due to website issue, my order was messed up and Sakina from PrimeABGB comes to my rescue. She did a commendable job and I got my products delivered. 5 days late than expected but it got delivered. Though I had to push them they never get annoyed with my call.
Very first day, I burnt out a power supply but PrimeABGB assured me that they will help me with this and Mr Datta Cavan came to my rescue this time around.
No mater what, PrimeABGB helped me getting my desired system assembled.

I've ordered peripherals and mostly had seamless experiences except once. I had backordered an item, which got delayed but there was no communication. After follow-ups over the phone spanning couple of days, they offered replacement or refund. I opted for replacement which was dispatched within 6 hours and difference amount was refunded. All avoidable if regular updates were sent out.

Would still recommend since prices are competitive. But if there are delays, better be ready for phone calls and emails.

Full details below, But In short, Prime ABGB Pvt is a least reliable & customer unfriendly company.
You can not expect fair remediation for the mistakes made by Prime ABGB Pvt.& they make lots of mistakes. To top it off ,they will treat you very bad.
Their "terms & conditions" only favor them, yet they don't follow their own "one-sided terms & conditions". This company is worst of worsts.
Shady scalper company ,- Capitalizing chip & GPU shortage , they sells GPUS with scalper margin(MSRP means nothing to them).

Full event:
Aug 08th - I have made a purchase of (processor + motherboard combo) for 11805 rupees through their website. Both description & picture has motherboard & processor.
Apart from these 2, rest of components were ordered on different online companies.
Aug 09th - No communication/nothing happened. website showed "processing" as status.
Aug 10th - Received a mail from them: we made a listing mistake , this combo costs 4000 rs more so pay more or contact us.
I have called them & explained that I have already spent the pc budget for other components ,asked them: why are you raising the prize after 2 days of purchase?.
After 5 to 10 mins of reasoning with him, His reply was : Sir, I will call you back in 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes he didn't call back, so I did call them back.
Person who took the phone now different person & after giving my order id he said - "Yes", "no problem" and we will send.
Just like he told - Status of my purchase changed to "completed" from "processing" and their website showed "your item is shipped & a tracking number was also provided".
So now I have assumed my issue is resolved and item is on its way to me.
Aug 11th - tracking number doesn't show details of package so I assumed it will be updated in 24 hours.
Aug 12th - Even today tracking number doesn't show details of package, so I have called them.
And shocked to know that: they didn't do anything and my order was on hold.
So i have asked him: so why did you change the status to completed and gave me tracking id??
His replay: Again we made a mistake .
Me: Not again, what about the person who said "yes" "no problem" & "we will send"?
His reply : oh that's Ashok , he doesn't speak English.
I just feed up with these guys, this company takes zero responsibility for their mistakes & happily makes mistakes after mistakes.
Now they pulled terms & condition : which said primeabgb can change the prize, refuse & cancel, unless the product has already been dispatched.
So I replied: So even with this logic, you can't change the prize now as item status changed to "shipped" with tracking number in website.
their reply: Sir please pay the extra 4000.(this is their strategy - You can't reason or argue with us, as we will act deaf to your complain & As we are holding your money. we can do this all week).
After a week long struggle , I am yet to receive my refund. will update the post after I got the refund.

I bought a graphics card from primeabgb for Rs 37560 and now it went out of stock and they are refusing to refund the payment. It's been two months now, I don't know what to do. Anyway I lost that money, please don't buy from them and repeat my mistake.

I’ve had very bad experience with Prime ABGB Pvt Ltd. It took 5 days for package (through DTDC courier) to arrive at my city (Lucknow) and then DTDC tracking is showing me “Area not serviceable” & not delivered. They should have discussed all this with their courier before they sent it here. Tracking data also doesn’t update on DTDC: it once updated on 2 days after order and then after 5 days when it said “Area not serviceable”. Very bad service compared to MDComputers & Amazon. They don't even cancel and refund my order, just wasting my time.

Faced issues while ordering a ryzen 3700x cpu which was 500rs less than on amazon. Unfortunately I got tempted just to save 500 rs and ordered it. From then on began my troubles. Today is 11th october and the product is still in transit.NOTE THAT THEY TAKE EXTRA SHIPPING charges of rs 350 (now only 150rs less than amazon) and still they send it through a cheap courier service. Been 9 days and still not received the CPU.

[Buyer's Beware] PrimeABGB cancellation charges are stupid high. Paid Rs. 10k, got back only 8k. Cancellation charges = 2k.
The following is difference between how Amazon operates and how PrimeABGB operates. When you purchase anything from Amazon, the amount of money you receive as a refund on an unfortunate event of returning the product is exactly the amount you paid. For Indian sellers, especially PrimeABGB, this is not the case. I purchased a product from PrimeABGB worth Rs. 9100 with Rs. 900 shipping charges. I initiated the cancellation shortly after placing the order. Shockingly they still shipped the order. This is probably due a lack of a proper communication between the different sections of the company. After one month of waiting and after about 20-30 calls to their customer care, I finally got a refund. The amount that I received was only Rs. 7830. What a shame! The cancellation charges I had to pay was Rs. 2160. This is something Amazon would never make their customer go through. I returned products worth Rs. 50K on Amazon and received the exact amount, but in case of Indian sellers like PrimeABGB, you get only 80% of your products value.
Bottom line, NEVER buy anything from PrimeABGB unless you are absolutely sure about the purchase. If you ever have to return anything after the purchase, you are going to have to go through the wrath of PrimeABGB.

Fraud company, I made full payment but they never dispatched my order, they only harass customers

SCAMMERS BEWARE. Sold me a used product at over-price and ignoring my messages now. I bought a new SSD from them for around ~20K INR and then shipped me a used product with lots of data already on it. When I contacted them about it, they started to ignore my messages completely.

I also later learned that other sites are selling the same item for a cheaper price. BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS.
