Excellent, spared me a lot of headaches
I was very satisfied with Prime Apostille's services.
I had to legalize and apostille documents from my previous University in London to continue my Acting studies here in Portugal.
Although this was all very new to me, people in Prime were always, in every step of the process, very professional and attentive, with assertive communication by email and prompt answers, which kept me rested and confident.
Their prices seem perfectly balanced to the added-value of their services. If I had done this process all by myself, I would have spent only a few pounds less but I would have ended up with a lot of headaches...
I have no hesitation in recommending Prime Apostille and I will certainly use them again if I need legal services in the future.

Excellent Service
This was the first time I had to get a document appostilled. I rang a lot of companies/solicitors but Prime were the most helpful. The lady stayed on the phone and and talked me through it. She was very patient. The service we received was excellent, value for money and we would definitely recommend them

Prime Apostille ["PA"]- I would seek PA's services again.
Prime Apostille ["PA"], through 2 contacts, consistently was responsive and available for my questions. Using it Premium Service, I received my docs far more quickly than I had anticipated. My immigration attorneys have indicated that the docs are sufficient for a temporary resident visa application--the purpose for seeking PA's assistance. I am in the US, and we worked completely by email. Direct communication seems more reliable than an exclusive focus on its website. I will not hesitate to seek PA's services again.

Wrong document + slow delivery
Wrong document + slow delivery.
Placed an order with PrimeApostile on the 13th Sept 2022 with the requirement to apostille a document from the FCDO.
Was assured by their team the document would be with me in Cyprus by 7th October, which was a requirement ahead of placing the order. After chasing over email I was told they do not provide guarantees on delivery time AFTER the order was placed.
Document turned up on the 23rd October 2022, 2 weeks later than required. Additionally they had Apostilled a copy of the official documentation which meant it was invalid for the purposes I needed it for.
I am sure there are better services out there - I would recommend to keep looking.

Although we acted expediently on our side, we cannot guarantee the completion of the apostille on behalf of the FCDO in a specified timeframe. Our clients are made aware of this when engaging with our services and there is a Notice at the top of our Home Page making all users aware of current delays with the FCDO.
In respect of the original document being legalised, we assessed your initial order and did not find any specific instructions or notes from you requesting that we legalise the original document. Further, we found that we had sent you a number of updates along the way informing you of the fact that a certified copy of your document was being legalised and not the original – at no point did you notify us that you required the original document to be legalised.
We understand that you are frustrated with the outcome of your matter and we do wish to find ways of improving our services. We would be grateful if you would contact us so that we may discuss this matter further with a view to improving our services in the future.
The service is good
The service is good, But be prepared to wait as they have to deal with the home office. All Government agencies are slow

Efficient and trustworth

Professional, friendly and expedient
I received a very professional and expedient service by Prime Apostille. Tharindu, helped drafting a cover letter and allowed me to drop by the office and pick the documents up, instead of mailing them over. I am very happy and do recommend this business’ services.
