I was very pleased with my purchase but I got a invoice off fedex for custom tax which I thought was in with my purchase.

I was blown away.... My husband ring is soooo beautiful we love it.

I have ordered a ring from Prime Style first time and was surprised with the quality of an item vs price. The ring was stunning and definitely better priced than to buy in retail store. My engagement and wedding band ordered from prime style yes beautiful rings. But just after 3 years my diamond fell out of engagement ring and luckly i felt something sharp on my ring and sure enough it was a prong lifted on center diamond. So now after months of trying to return rings to get them fixed the great customer service during sale of rings turned to crap. I filled out paper work sent to my email. And they say its first step well months passed and now i dont even get response.

My husband bought me a new engagement in lieu of the one I lost a year after our wedding . I chose a beautiful .45 carat princess cut solitaire diamond mounted on a 14 k white gold. The ordering online was fast and easy and there was a small glitch though when we successfully ordered online we never saw any notification if the item we ordered was already shipped because Primestyle was transitioning into their new website And there was no way to track it in the website .
