At first, I was extremely apprehensive about making such a large purchase from an online only company, and about buying jewelry sight unseen. After months of debate, I decided to take the plunge. I'd worked with Thomas on a number of occasions, and he was extremely confident throughout the whole process, and ensured me that what I would receive would be incredible; and he wasn't kidding.

I received the bridal set in early November, about seven days after placing the order. I was in awe just as soon as I opened the box, I couldn't believe what I was looking at. I'd been to numerous jewelry stores, and was discouraged by the pricing for what I'd wanted, let alone the inability to get a ring in platinum. I took the bridal set in for an appraisal, and the jeweler was astounded by how much ring I got for the price.

There were a few small issues with the ring, nothing that would have ever been noticed unless it was specifically pointed out with a magnifying glass, but I was slightly concerned. I'd decided to reach out to Thomas, and he provided me with a return label the same day and I shipped the ring back to them to have my concerns addressed. I'd decided to propose on Thanksgiving day, so Thomas next day aired the ring back to me just in time, which I was extremely grateful for. They really go above and beyond for customers. When I opened the box for the second time, every single concern I'd had was taken care of, and the ring set was absolutely perfect.

I proposed the next day on Thanksgiving, and my fiancee loves the ring. I can't tell you how many compliments she's gotten on the ring, and how many compliments I've gotten on my jewelry selection skills. I knew what I wanted for her, Prime Style made sure I got exactly that. Looking forward to working with Prime Style in the future.
