PrintingCenterUSA Avis

I have used PrintingCenterUSA twice now to complete funeral obituary booklets that were near and dear to my heart. The customer service team is kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They were able to make an almost impossible task possible. The finished product and shipping is always A1. They have earned my trust and my business for all my printing needs.

Very happy with my product and the speed of shipping.

Thank you one more time to the incredible team of PrintingCenterUsa, specially Joshua and Rebecca. You are guys the best!

Overall it needs to be said that for the many print projects we've done (which have not been time sensitive) I have never had an issue with delivery, and overall support has been very good to exceptional.

There was an issue with UPS on a next-day delivery of time sensitive print material. Initally, a PrintingCenterUSA support agent tried to pass the buck despite being the shipper, and the individual was less than professional. But eventually someone from there reached out who helped ensure the delivery wasn't lost and that it would only be one day late.

Ordering calendars from PrintingCenter USA is a very good experience. From their templates to create a calendar to the ordering process; all is logical and well laid out. And the finished product is a very high quality calendar.

The customer service is amazing! When it looked like our programs weren't going to arrive on time for our performances, they made magic happen and had them there by the morning of our Friday performance.

Always can relay on Printing Center USA to produce a quality product that is beautiful enough to sell and share with others worry free! I've been using them for the past 5 years and really a great company.

Quality control on the cutting of their products needs to be better enforced. Ordered 500 calendars, and my first six months are slanted.

Excellent Service. Real Happy!

Printing Center worked with me to resolve a couple proof issues prior to production. Received a great product, packaged as requested. Appreciate the hard work that they do.

Pure professional service. Great pricing. Delivery on time on a very tight schedule. great printing team.

Good response from these printers -- first from online chat person, and then quick and personal response from live and helpful human being via phone after hours. I really appreciated the ease of their site, the templates, and their down-to-earth help. Very pleased with the product for our church booklets.

Wonderful! User friendly online service-quick and reliable delivery-excellent and professional work!

Just wanted to commend them for a well done job on the prints requested and the turn around time. I like the fact that they call you to give you a heads up regarding the proof so you can approve or reject in a timely manner and stay within the timeline of the order and the shipping.

I know the whole crew is top notch, I was working with Team Blue, and they did a wonderful job and even helped correct one of the proofs and also provide guidance on how to get the best print and made the necessary adjustments to ensure we have the best prints. The conference booklet and the Thank you cards were GREAT! not to mention the affordable and reasonable pricing.

I would surely recommend them for your next print project and I thank you again for working with me and the care you showed for the service you provided especially the customer support personnel.

Keep up the great prints and will print with you soon.

Great service at a great price! Cheryl, the Key Account Manager, was on top of everything and kept me informed about any possible issues. It was a very smooth transaction and they managed to get a large order shipped earlier than I expected. We have worked with PrintingCenterUSA for over 5 years and it is due to service like this that we will continue to do so.

Everything is esay to use and I like the quality if the product.
