🚨 ⚠️ WARNING — THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING PRISM BEAM ⚠️ 🚨

I WISH I HAD NEVER BOUGHT THESE LIGHTS.

I purchased my Prism Beam lights on 23 May 2025.

Within just 3 months, the problems started. My first email reporting the fault was on 19 August 2025.

It is now September 2026, and I’m STILL dealing with this issue.

That’s over a year of trying to get a product fault properly resolved.

I’ve provided videos. I’ve explained the fault repeatedly. I’ve followed their troubleshooting instructions. I’ve removed and reinstalled the lights. I’ve spent hours trying to diagnose a problem with a product I paid good money for.

I’ve also incurred additional postage costs for replacement parts, despite the problems being with the product.

And what has the customer service experience been like?

Delay after delay. More questions. More troubleshooting. More requests to reinstall the lights and provide yet another video.

I’ve already demonstrated the fault multiple times. The lights don’t communicate with each other as they should, and I’ve repeatedly explained that I’ve tried the steps being requested.

At this point, I’m simply not prepared to keep taking the car apart, reinstalling lights and wasting my time trying to prove the same fault yet again.

Products can fail — I understand that.

What I don’t accept is being left to spend months chasing a company for a proper resolution while continuing to incur costs and waste my own time.

I bought these lights expecting a quality product.

Instead, I’ve ended up with months of frustration, repeated installations, additional costs and absolutely no confidence that the problem will ever be properly resolved.

I have now completely lost confidence in both the product and the after-sales service.

If you’re considering buying Prism Beam, read the reviews and think very carefully about what happens if something goes wrong after you’ve handed over your money.

Because in my experience, getting the problem resolved has been an absolute nightmare.

Taillight blinker not working. Support is non responsive

Can't contact them whatsoever and I have a Crack in one of my tail lights,and the app to change the rgb doesn't work it redirects you to a paid app that asks for credit card information that has nothing to do with the lights at all. waste of money definitely a scam. Not sure how they operate definitely order from a different company.

They have a non existent customer service. A phone number that doesn't work and email they don't reply to. They lie about fast shipping. They said I would receive item in 4 days. It's been 8 days and still no tracking number. Do not buy from this site. It looks like a scam

Communication is top notch. Tail lights for my Silverado 1500 exceeded expectations.

I don’t know why they aren’t rated 5 stars. These guys are VERY responsive and are more than happy to help. I had a problem and as soon as they got to my request they were ready to solve. (My order had a crack in the tailight and they sent me a new set as soon as possible)

I cant get a person or contact phone number for my order. V.assistant can't answer where and when I will get my parcel

Really easy to communicate with the seller by email and perfect service. I ordered the lights and got them in perfect condition. I installed them and they worked perfectly, i love them.
