Does not enter postal entries into competitions despite all terms being met. Breaking the law.

Based on my experience

I’ve been a long time player and spent absolutely thousands with this company and have been a good customer to them I have know deleted my account but yet was still was getting daily message about competitions I have asked that a photo be taken down of me winning £500 they said they have removed it yet it still appears they are very difficult to get hold of I would avoid any competition that Do not have a contact number they do not reply to emails very disappointed in the customer service be aware !

When selling a second hand vehicle, Any rational person would expect the year and mileage to be disclosed, Not here!

Buy Tickets Regular but haven't had that phone call yet that I'm waiting on. maybe this year lol 📞😂

Scam company running an illegal lottery.
Did not included a single one of my dozen postal entries.

Dead silence received in response to contacting them via website & email.
No phone number either!

SCAMMING LIARS!

To meet industry requirements they claim to accept free entries by post, but despite sending in 100s, not a single one of mine or those of friends and family has ever appeared on their entry lists and no response when tried to email them about it.

Do not allow emails to be unsubscribed from. You click the unsubscribe button and it makes you log in or register.

I’m fairly certain this is against GDPR laws. Now endlessly bombarded by emails with no way of stopping. Got to the point after months and months I’m now writing this for them to take action on this.

I've literally sent hundreds of postal entries over the years and they just don't add them. Absolute criminals - illegal lottery.

Reply: I don't feel the postal entries are not being added, I know. I've sent a number for the recurring weekly competitions, none have been added. Even if these were delayed they should be entered for the following week's same competition. You have asked for the answer to a question in the Ts & Cs. Not many people know that this is only found when checking out as if paying for an entry. If this is a true requirement, you are going against the Gambling Commission's guidelines and deliberately making it difficult for people to meet this requirement. Even with me knowing this and including the answer, I still haven't had a single postal entry added in the last year.

I'm shocked by the price increases!! And I don't mean a small increase! No longer use them now.

Still don't know who won the prize I bought a ticket for. The Range Rover and Defender !

Very annoying keep getting emails from them and like there’s no way to unsubscribe , they’ve hitting that little button somewhere

I'm rating them 1 star out of 5 as they are storing and processing my PII without my consent, and without informing me, in violation of the GDPR *and* gambling law.

I was absolutely amazed when I received an email to say I was a winner. I’ve been doing these competitions for a fair time now but it pays off because I’ve got a lovely prize and it works magical absolutely well over the moon customer service were prompt polite and without a doubt professional I would definitely recommend to be in these draws as if you look at the odds on some of the other sites they are in the hundreds of thousands on this site. They are a hell of a lot lower and you have the chance of winning some really grand prizes so get yourself some tickets joining and have some fun along the way as I say the team are amazing, thank you and thank you for my win that cheers for that Ben.
