Incredibly rude on the phone, persistent mail
I have contacted them multiple times on the phone. I have either gotten smug superior sales people who refuse to provide information and talk down to me, or just a hang-up when I ask for minimal assistance. They also send the same letter weekly, and refuse to stop sending them unless I provide my email address. This does not scream ethics and fair play
