I was given a very warm and welcoming…
I was given a very warm and welcoming hello upon entering the store. I did have difficulty in finding what I wanted to purchase & asked an assistant to help. I felt that I was valued as a customer, I was given good advice about my purchase & the level of service continued right up to the point of sale.
Overall a very pleasant shopping experience.

It was good within the store although we were over charged nearly £100!
They were very quick to refund a few days later once we noticed and emailed pro cook.
