We had extremely helpful advice from the staff in the shop in Bideford. We bought a set of saucepans for an induction hob.
Allowed to view goods in shop and when we could not find what we were looking for very helpful in finding what we needed. Very pleasant and helpful staff

great customer service, pointed out the 20% deal, which allowed me to purchase all the items i wanted, if this wasnt pointed out, i would have walked out as i dont like the sets

Helpful and knowledgeable
The two staff were very helpful . We wanted frying pans that we had just used on holiday. One of the staff said that her parents used those but they were now old stock. We were upset but bought the ones she recommended as the replacement. They were less money than we had expected.
