I know knives are difficult to display but when I wanted to see a particular knife to see if it was the right fit for my hand, the shop didn’t have a demonstration model. I had to buy unseen
The layout of the shop was easy to navigate, it was very pleasing to the eye. The staff were very helpful and offered advice and demonstrations.

The price displayed on the item i brought was different at the til ,when i questioned this the member of staff explained that all the prices had gone up and that the shelf edge label had not been changed, but clearly this was not a new product and had not cost the company anymore more money!!disappointed
