I know knives are difficult to display but when I wanted to see a particular knife to see if it was the right fit for my hand, the shop didn’t have a demonstration model. I had to buy unseen
The layout of the shop was easy to navigate, it was very pleasing to the eye. The staff were very helpful and offered advice and demonstrations.

Nice shop
I was looking to buy a new frying pan to use on our new induction hob. I had a choice of several, all at reasonable prices. The shop staff didn't hassle me whilst I was comparing and choosing the pan, but were very helpful when I got to the till to pay.

Bought a cocktail shaker
Bought a cocktail shaker. Top part doesn’t fit the bottom part properly and when shaken the liquid from inside come out through the gap. Poorly manufactured.
