Great experience shopping in Bury St Edmunds, nice to use an independent shop with a real sales person who was so helpful. We made our purchase and happily it is perfect for our needs. Will be back again to see what else we need. Great shop, great sales person.

Great Customer Service
Always assisted in my purchases. I was allowed to test the knives, get recommendations and take my time with my purchase. I was also reminded of the 3/20 deal before I checked out.

Staff were very knowledgeable and understood what we were after.
Also recommended other products to go with what we purchased.
Bonus by spending an extra pound we received 20% discount.
Worth a visit and definitely recommend the Bury St Edmunds branch.

However, the oven glove I purchased is very thick making it difficult to pick up small items. Also there is a recommendation to only wash it five times!!
