She was knowledgeable and very personable.
I didn't get her name, but she was a shorter lady, with dark hair tied back and very helpful.

Polite, helpful service
Staff very helpful. I have two fractured wrists and she unpacked the whisk I wanted to buy so that I could check I could operate it. I could, and the whisk is great.

I've never been in a pro cook shop and I can honestly say I am impressed. They had exactly what I needed, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me select my purchases without any pressure. It was a pleasure to shop there and I will definitely go back.
