Not only where were you very impressed by the 25 year guarantee of the pro Cook products. But more so impressed by the knowledge, friendliness and approachability of the two staff working there that day.
A huge shout out to Hayley and Nadia, really helpful and very kind and thoughtful too. Nothing was a chore!

The sales assistant was exceptionally helpful. She was chatty as well, and friendly without being pushy. I was very satisfied with my visit and will definitely go there again based simply on the outstanding service.

Our 1st visit to this shop and we only…
Our 1st visit to this shop and we only went in to see what pans we needed for our new induction hob.
The lovely assistant came over and explained everything about the pans and different types. We then decided what we wanted and she helped us get the best deal.
The other friendly assistant also advised as I wanted some new knives.
We can't express enough the help , advice and fantastic service we received.

Exchanges
Boxed sets of items bought. 1 glazing issue unfortunately in each box on opening after purchase. So not been checked at quality control well.
No problem exchanging goods for a new box which was checked with staff. However had meant a return trip to shop.
So would advice to check sealed boxed itens at till before purchase .
