The lady who helped us was extremely knowledgeable and clearly very passionate about her job and the products she was selling. Her advice was very welcome and without doubt it made us very happy to make the purchases we did. Friendly and helpful staff + lots of variety
The staff in the shop were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The shop was clean and sparkling and it was obvious the staff enjoyed working there. I was very happy with my purchases

Great staff and products
We are regular customers at ProCook and once again the staff were professional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They helped on the phone, saved products until we arrived in store and then assisted with knowledge on products when asked.
The products we purchased some for self use and others presents are great quality and in the sale made them great quality.
We bought a knife set with matching steak knife’s, solid oak chopping boards, cooking pans and cooking utensils and all products are great quality

Looking for new pans
I asked a member of staff for advice on new pans to use on induction hob. She was very helpful in explaining what sort I would need. Reached them for me as I’m elderly. I had good service in the shop.
