Bought a cheaper pestle and mortar as a gift in another shop but once home found that the pestle was deformed, so returned it and brought one from Procook. The quality of the item was much better, the recipient commented on it being sturdy and vety heavy!

The kettle takes a few seconds to turn itself off after boiling. It also gets very hot on the outside.

Jason was helpful and knowledgeable when we came along to ProCook to purchase some new saucepans and a set of decent sharp knives. We did not feel hurried at all and were given a full idea of all the pros and cons with all items which were being chosen to suit our exact, personal needs. We got to use the knives to check out how they felt when in use, and this was done in a safe and measured manner.
Could not have been happier with our shopping experience and the items we finally bought. I’ve never enjoyed cooking dinner more than I do now!
