new saucepans for induction hob
Whilst looking for new saucepans due to buying an induction hob, the gentleman in the store was very knowledgeable and helped me choose what I needed and made sure it was what was suitable for my family cooking needs. I came away with a complete new set of pans and was happy with the purchase. It was an even better price as they had 20% off due to the bank holiday weekend

Real customer service
It was my first time visiting ProCook and three things struck me. First of all the range was really good, secondly prices were unexpectedly competitive as the shop looks quite expensive from outside. Thirdly however was exceptional customer service. I was looking for a serving dish to match existing colour and the manager could not have done more to help. He went through their old stock records to see if he could trace it which was above and beyond. I bought some glasses and will be back to pick up some more items when in town next. I was so impressed! Real 5 stars to ProCook.

Helpful assistant who gave us a choice of products to choose from, without being "pushy" when down to two of the products she helped us choose the right option for what we wanted the product for. will shop there first when items are needed in the future.
