Wrong product provided
I went in for a knife for fish. I explained to sales woman my partner catches fish and he needs something to help with deboning. After some discussion (she didnt seem to be too knowledgeable and felt she was guessing) we chose the boning knife. She said if you got to till I will locate one for you out of cupboard. She took a couple of minutes which was fine but then when I got home she had actually given me a fillet knife. This was for a birthday gift and I didnt have time to bring back before so now stuck with filleting knife. My partner has used it so at some point will have to return to buy boning knife.

Great company
Great company, well laid out shop units, great products and staff that really know what they are talking about and so helpful. I went in for a serrated edge knife and came out with something completely different after Lee showed me a knife that didn't need a serrated edge to cut lemons cleanly and she was absolutely right.
