The store is invitingly and clearly set out.
There was a member of staff behind a counter near the entrance and she welcomed me and asked what I was looking for, she then found the item on her screen and directed me to it. I was delighted to find that it wasn’t expensive! Payment was simple and my receipt arrived promptly by email!
I returned a few days later and made another purchase!!

Excellent service from the staff at Hereford branch. I needed 2 new cooks knives and was able to try them out on tomatoes and potatoes before deciding.
