Nice variety in shop bought 3 items unfortunately couldn't find the right worktop savers. Lady assistant was really polite and friendly gave us some tips. Will return.

Excellent ice cube tray and storage.
Couldn’t remember what I wanted to shop in Procook for and whilst browsing I spotted an ice cube and box on offer. The assistant was very helpful and opened one up for me to look at.
She was very friendly and knowledgeable, the kind of service I would like to see in all shops.

Great 1st visit !

Great Service
Wanted to buy some knives and spoke to the young lad behind the till for help. Was completely surprised bu hes knowledge on the subject and went throough the different price points and quality of the products. No hard sell just very informative and help.
Top marks will definately buy from this shop again.

Well stocked, clean store. Staff were Helpful, knowledgeable - good customer service.
We bought a knife block and knives - beautiful wood, stylish. Knives seem very good quality.

Wanted to buy a new pan to go with my…
Wanted to buy a new pan to go with my elite tri-ply uncoated set . Was advised to purchase and alternate forged pan due to the superior coating, all instructions followed regards washing and pre first use care , when used for first time coating has started to come off !
Now an additional 4 hour round trip to return and replace required
Poor show from pro cook!
