Very good service .however strange to…
Very good service .not a booklet on care , however strange to purchase a good quality kettle for £50.00 and not to provide a cardboard box for protection but having to pay an extra 10p for a plastic bag...strange.
How do they deliver when purchased on line ,also in a plastic bag.?

A company that actually honours warranties
Just been in with a Professional Granite frying pan that has a 25yr warranty. I have used regularly since purchase in 2023 & the non-stick coating is starting to peel. I've never put in the dishwasher or used metal utensils, but I do sometimes fry with olive oil, & I learnt that that is a big No-No for non-stick pans as it burns easily. I had no idea & hadn't been told this when I bought the pan.
Resigned to taking it home, I was really impressed & delighted when the manager said she's replace it as a goodwill gesture on this occasion. A big thank you to ProCook & I've learnt a valuable lesson. Great service

Fantastic, I already had a full set of stainless steel pans but the half price sale in Lewes allowed me to buy the matching sauté pan at an amazing price !

Good products at a very good (sale) price
Given the shop was undergoing a relocation sale which had left shelves depleted, we found what we wanted and and a few other bits and pieces.
