Great service - poor product quality
Purchased a pasta roller, which is 'ProCook' branded, and the quality is very poor. Handle keeps falling out, the shaping/cutting tool keeps coming off when you roll and pasta gets stuck in roller as it has a sharp edge. That said, the service was friendly and good, which is reflected in the average score here.

Lewes Shop excellently staffed
The staff hired at the store in Lewes was incredibly helpful and made sure to provide honest and clear suggestions for what I needed. So far the items I have bought have worked a treat.

Great real world experience.
The lovely ProCook store assistant was very knowledgeable and super helpful at offering an alternative when the items I had gone in for were unavailable. I would thoroughly recommend going into the shop rather than buying online.

Great quality and value product
Lovely, spacious showroom and fantastic selection of products. Individual products as well as great value cookware sets etc available. Really good discounts and high quality, stylish and well made cookware. Many styles and types to choose from. I enjoyed shopping and browsing here. Lovely staff and customer service.
