We only went in to look around but were bowled over at the quality of dinnerware and the prices on offer. Staff were very helpful and put us under no pressure to buy . Quality and choice was exact.

I have been using ProCook Pots and Pans…
I have been using ProCook Pots and Pans for over 25 years as they are the best.
I visited the store in Livingston and was extremely happy with the first class Customer Service and Advice from the Lady Shop Manager. I have serious health issues and was replacing my old frying pans and a Casserole pot. She was Brilliant and listened to my questions around the best for my " Cancer Care "and didn't put pressure on me to purchase. She provided me with the best options.
Suggested we take our time over Lunch and not rush into the purchase of the Elite Frying Pan set and Large Stock Pot. We returned and made our purchases and am so happy with my decision as these are just terrific.

The experience was our interaction with the staff, they were great and provided all the information we needed to make an informed purchase. There was couple of humours moments which made it all the better. We made a purchase of a set of 8 Contour Kitchen Knives and were very impressed. We had done research on Which? and the staff at ProCook confirmed what we had found out.

New Kitchen
As we are about to have a new kitchen fitted with an induction hob , we were looking to upgrade our pots etc. The assistant in the Livingston store couldn't have been more helpful, explaining the pros and cons of different sets after asking how we cook. Once we had settled on what set we wanted, he mentioned that we could have free delivery on them, which saved having to carry , heavy and bulky items to the car. Overall an excellent shopping experience.
