Fantastic customer service in the shop
Fantastic customer service in the shop. The lady was extremely helpful and didn't complain when I kept changing my mind. Very happy with the saute pan and knives that I bought. I would happily visit again.

Lisa was fantastic start to finish
Lisa was fantastic start to finish. Went in to look whilst shopping, explained what I wanted and nothing was too much trouble. Spent a while with me showing me diffrent knives, letting me try them, and explaining the diffrences to me. She is a credit to Procook. Ann was brilliant also 😎 Settled on a set of Aus10 knives, which so far I love, and make cooking so much easier. Hopefully they stand the test of time. The 25 year garentee means they should.

Excellent and non pushy service. The store was clean and the displays enticing. Was easy to find the knife my daughter wanted as a gift from the clear Perspex display wall. I live miles away but will definitely return & recommend to friends.

Your colleague was very helpful and demonstrated the knives, allowing me to use the different knives to find the ones I was comfortable using. ProCook is now our go to shop for kitchen stuff.
