I purchased a group of 3 saucepans all priced separately. The very helpful assistant on the till looked for a discount code applicable if the pans were a set of 3. She found one and applied it which meant I saved £30. All of this was done without me asking. I think her name was Joanne. Absolutely brilliant service again.

The McArthurGlen shop has a wide selection of everything with good offers and the staff are very friendly. Renata was very pleasant and helped me to make my decision of purchasing stainless steel items which I am happy to say are very good products.

Always a great experience
The staff went above and beyond to find what I was looking for. All of my pro cook things are so far holding up really well (2+years) and it's a joy to cook with.

Great Customer Service, good product.
We needed a new set of pots and pans. After a lot of searching and reading reviews we finally decided on a Pro Cook Professional 10 piece set. We know they are decent quality as we have used them extensively elsewhere. A visit to our nearest store at Mcarthur Glen, East Midlands followed. Here we were warmly greeted by a friendly person called Joanna. Big shout out to this lovely lady. She recalled my phone conversation with her the previous evening and was very helpful with the purchase - even as far as making an amendment to the items within the set to accomodate our requirements. We had missed an offer of £40 off but Joanna advised us that we could still get a discount by downloading the app, which amounted to the same money off. Wonderful service ! We cooked our first meal using the pans this evening and they appear to be just as good as the other set we have used. Would definitely recommend the pans and the shop at Mcarthur Glen East Midlands.
